Dublin is transforming into a massive Irish festival with a high-energy parade, three stages of live music, and the legendary Irish Tea Cottage. Between the carnival rides and the marketplace, it is the biggest St. Patrick’s Day party in the region.

Catching the legendary Eileen Ivers at The Freight & Salvage on March 14th. They don't call her the "Jimi Hendrix of the violin" for nothing; prepare for some high-octane Celtic fusion that’ll have the whole East Bay jumping.

Expect a night full of Persian music, traditional dancing, and plenty of Ash Reshteh to keep you warm. It’s the ultimate ritual of renewal and the perfect way to welcome the Persian New Year

In this imaginative mixed-media class, young artists will design and build their own one-of-a-kind birds using recycled materials. We’ll transform painted cardboard, magazine clippings, scrap paper, and found textures into colorful wings, layered feathers, patterned bodies, and expressive faces.

Join us for this limited-time tinkering experience for all ages! Experiment together as a family, and prepare to be surprised by your own ingenuity. Leave your mark with highlighters and UV light. Turn familiar shadows into strange creatures and landscapes, and create colorful portraits with long exposure photography. Plus, immerse yourself in surprising artworks that play with color and perception, and explore 700+ hands-on exhibits that will delight the whole family.

Come build with us at the Lego club! Every Monday, we unleash our imagination, building amazing Lego creations. Our favorite creations will be displayed at the branch for all to admire!

The 41st Annual Empowering Womxn of Color Conference (EWOCC) at UC Berkeley focuses on the theme "Rooted in Resistance, Growing in Grace," combining social justice, healing, and community building. The event features curated workshops, keynote speakers, a BIPOC community marketplace, and wellness sessions designed to center the experiences of womxn of color.
