Bhangra Empire is proud to announce its Spring 2026 Dance Off featuring performances from students across all of our classes! Held at the Castro Valley Performing Arts Center, the Dance Off will provide students with an opportunity to showcase what they learned on an amazing stage. Come out and support all of our students, enjoy an entertaining show, and watch a special BRAND NEW performance by Bhangra Empire!

This class is a 1.5-hour weekly celebration of Carnival music, dance, and culture from across the Americas. Equal parts dance fitness and dance party, you'll learn new and classic dance moves while also exploring the culture and history that ties these rich legacies together in a fun, flowing format designed to elevate your heart and spirit!  Connect to your spirit of unapologetic joy, and jump with us into Carnival Cross Fête!

Support local Richmond businesses and discover your new favorite flavor at this vibrant community showcase! It’s the perfect way to celebrate the East Bay's food scene, enjoy live music, and connect with neighbors all in one historic spot.

Participants will receive glow gear (like necklaces or glasses) upon arrival to help light up their search for glow-in-the-dark eggs. The event features high-value grand prizes, which in 2026 include a Meta Quest 3 VR headset, a 43-inch Smart Fire TV, and Beats wireless headphones. Attendees must bring their own flashlight and a bag to collect eggs.

An evocative contemporary dance showcase featuring the world-renowned AXIS Dance Company, which integrates performers with and without disabilities. This production, Patterns, blends high-energy choreography with cinematic film elements to explore the intricate ways humans connect, move, and persist through shared social and physical landscapes.

This high-energy festival celebrates feminist punk and indie rock culture. Sunday's lineup is headlined by Minneapolis trio VIAL and California punk staples Bad Cop/Bad Cop. Beyond the music, the historic ballroom transforms into a massive DIY marketplace featuring:
