The Kumu Hula Association of Northern California is a 501(c)(3) Hawaiian cultural organization founded by the late Ehulani Enoka Lum in 1978. Supported by her husband, the late Gordon Lum, Ehulani devoted her life to fulfilling her dream to perpetuate the Hawaiian culture for Hawaiians and Hawaiians at heart.

SUISUN – Celebrate Mom as the Suisun Waterfront transforms into a vibrant hub of creativity, culture, and community spirit at this 15th annual event! With the picturesque marina as its backdrop, this beloved tradition brings together a curated collection of makers, artists, and small businesses.

Treat Mom to breakfast, lunch, and brunch at some of the delicious restaurants along the Waterfront. Then, grab your commemorative glass (fee) and sip champagne and mimosas as you browse handcrafted, one‐of‐a‐kind gifts from more than 60 vendor booths.

Well, we’re back in a big way for the 10th Annual Livermore Valley Craft Beer Festival. For the fourth year running, the festival will be held on the athletic field at Las Positas College, home of our event beneficiary, the Las Positas College Fire Service Technology program.

We’ll be featuring some of our best NorCal breweries, along with local favorite food vendors, four great live bands, games, lots of shaded areas, and demonstrations by our firefighting students – not to mention a great view of the Livermore Valley.

In the stirring and eclectic presentation, This Land, celebrated pianist, popular NPR and Classical California radio host, and California native Lara Downes welcomes an all-star cast of collaborators for a program of classical and popular music that explores the richness and complexity of the American experience.

Folk legend Judy Collins, Grammy-winning singer and poet Tarriona “Tank” Ball (of Tank and the Bangas fame), quartet invokes, and the Oakland Interfaith Gospel Choir join Downes in an inspiring selection of music spanning more than a century, reflecting on our capacity for empathy and community as we approach our nation’s 250th anniversary.
